June 14, 2023As term associate professor of statistics, Kenneth Strazzeri stays busy teaching about 300 students each semester. Beyond his passion for teaching, Strazzeri discovered two new interests in recent years: running and biking. This hobby is now his major mode of transportation, as well: commuting to Mason by bike has offered Strazzeri motivation and an opportunity to improve as an athlete.

June 8, 2023Ashanti Mumin joined George Mason University Police and Public Safety in February 2022. He worked for the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office for four years and has a background in responding to mental health crises.

June 2, 2023Keith D. Renshaw, department chair and professor in the Department of Psychology, was recently appointed as associate provost of undergraduate education of George Mason University. He replaces Bethany Usher, who was named provost of Radford University.
