Biography
Lauren Wagner is the Assistant Dean for Student Academic Affairs for the College of Visual and Performing Arts. Lauren has been with George Mason University since 2010 and with our College since 2018. She directs all elements of student academic support in the College and coordinates the work of our academic advising team. Lauren also manages the Arts Learning Community and teaches the freshman transition course UNIV 150. Prior to her work on behalf of CVPA, Lauren was the Senior Assistant Director of Admissions in Mason’s central Admissions office, and she is thrilled to continue using her expertise to recruit the brightest and most gifted students to our Arts family.
Lauren received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and German from Indiana University and her Masters in Germanic Studies from Duke.
