George Mason University's Spring Commencement featured a keynote address by Gov. Glenn Youngkin and the university's largest-ever graduating class, with 10,941 degrees and certificates conferred to students from 111 countries, the 50 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Military APO.
