Hours of Operation Website
Check out the Hours of Operation website, which lists in-person, virtual, and phone contact hours for Mason offices and services. Visit hours.gmu.edu.
Don't see your department listed, or need to submit a change? Share your department's contact hours using this form. Be sure to list any changes for January intersession and/or the spring semester.
Only one person needs to submit the form for each department.
Please share the hours.gmu.edu link with your students to help them connect with the services they need.

Spring Parking Permit Sales begin Jan. 15 (Online Only)
Spring parking permits may be purchased online starting Friday, Jan. 15, at parking.gmu.edu.
As was the case in the fall, permits will only be sold with daily, weekly, monthly, and semester options. All permits are printable only; no hang tags (except for motorcycles).

Faculty and staff using payroll deduction for their parking permits do not need to take any additional action.

Reminder: Mason Shuttles Spring Service
Spring Mason Shuttles service will begin on Monday, Jan. 25, with two routes running Monday–Friday only: Fairfax/SciTech and Gunston Mason. There will be no weekend service.
The Fairfax/SciTech route will have two buses with service every 75 minutes. Other than Fairfax/SciTech and Gunston Mason, all other routes will not operate during the spring semester.

Auto Enrollment for Accounts Payable Direct Deposit
In an effort to provide more efficient and cost-effective payment processing, Fiscal Services will routinely enroll all Mason employees in Accounts Payable Direct Deposit for travel and business expense reimbursements.
Fiscal Services will automatically match the Accounts Payable Deposit to the employees’ primary Payroll direct deposit account. No change will be made to employees who have self-enrolled in Accounts Payable Deposit using an alternative account.
The Accounts Payable Direct Deposit Guide provides instructions for employees to view and make changes to their current account in Patriot Web.
